Cancellation Policy

A 25% cancellation fee is charged for appointments cancelled within 48-12 hours of the scheduled appointment. No shows and appointments cancelled within 12 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of appointment cost. This policy also stands for last minute change in appointment services. Clients will be automatically marked as a no show and charged the required fee if they are more than 15 minutes late. There are no exceptions to this policy.
